Bay Imaging Consultants Medical Group, Inc., is a premier 110+ member radiologist-run private practice based in the San Francisco Bay area. We are the largest private practice in California, serving 12 hospitals and over 40 outpatient centers across several health systems in the North Bay, East Bay, and South Bay. Our focus on quality, integrity, and service defines our practice, which has seen substantial growth and requires the addition of skilled specialists.
Position Overview:
This is a full partnership track position with extensive flexibility. Our practice is fully subspecialized, with the majority of work expected within your subspecialty. We equally share in some general / ER work with no expectations to need to finalize studies outside your comfort. We have dedicated neuroradiologist coverage for all shifts you would be expected to cover.

We offer a combination of remote work from home and on-site shifts in a hybrid work environment. Weekends are shared equally among all partners, currently averaging one-weekend shift per month. There is no mandatory overnight work as BIC has a dedicated after-hours team—shared evening coverage among partners from home. Scheduling is flexible, with many shifts ending at 4 pm. The total number of days worked per year is also flexible with average partners working 4-5 days a week and taking ten weeks of vacation a year.
Location:
This position is located in the Walnut Creek, CA region. A convenient commute from San Francisco, Marin, and the rest of the East Bay, positioning you at the center of a thriving urban area.

Salary Range: $475,000 - $800,000
