Aris Radiology
Company Overview
Aris Radiology is a leading provider of professional radiology solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers throughout the United States. Through its nationally recognized quality program, industry-leading systems and processes, and a nationwide network of board certified radiologists, Aris helps transform imaging departments - creating unique solutions that elevate performance and deliver lasting results.
Company History
Optimal Radiology was founded in 2005 by a team of healthcare professionals including former American College of Radiology President and Chairman Neal Templeton, M.D. Since then, the company has worked with dozens of hospitals, health systems, clinics and physician practices around the country to improve quality and efficiency through the delivery of on- and off-site professional radiology services and practice management expertise.
Prompted by the growing demand for advanced imaging services and the lack of specialized radiologists, Optimal’s founders recognized the need for large and small hospitals alike to leverage technology to ensure the provision of quality care, irrespective of the time of day or location of the patient.
As the profession has continued the trend toward specialization, the supply of radiologists has grown more limited. Further, the rapid development of imaging technology has made it increasingly difficult for many radiologists to remain an expert in all modalities. These trends underscore the need for highly customized, quality professional radiology solutions delivered in alignment with hospital goals. Leveraging the strength of a national network of board certified radiologists and a proven quality platform, Optimal provides highly customized solutions designed to:
• Drive patient and physician satisfaction
• Improve diagnostic accuracy and quality of care
• Ensure appropriateness
• Reduce overhead and create new revenue opportunities
• Improve turnaround times and decrease length of stay
