As any expert witness in radiology malpractice litigation can say, attorneys do not give radiologists normal exams to review. The story always ends badly. The task for the expert in these cases is to catch what was missed by the original radiologist. This is a fundamentally different job than a practicing radiologist who has studies which may or may not have abnormal findings.
Cleareview was established to provide a level playing field for expert review of radiology studies. It is equally accessible to plaintiff and defense bar, providing the opportunity for unbiased opinions, in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
Company History
Dr. Robinson formed Cleareview in 2012 as a response to the claim that radiologist expert witnesses were inevitably biased when reviewing radiological examinations involved in malpractice litigation. Cleareview streamlines the fact-finding process by improving expert witness’s credibility. Dr. Mehta developed the Blind Panel Review in 2015 to address the same issue. We are proud to offer both services to the medical and legal professions.
