I have spent 17+ years inside this industry, not on the periphery of it. I have sat across the table from practice leaders, walked the floors of rad departments, attended the conferences, built the relationships, and I am here to help practices in any way I can.
Today I work as an independent consultant and bespoke physician recruiter, and I use the word bespoke intentionally. I do not move volume. I do not work from a generic database and send you five resumes that don't fit. I take the time to understand your practice, your culture, your gaps, and your goals, and then I go find the right person. The kind of placement that actually sticks.
