Northwest Radiology Network is a physician-owned physician led radiology group in central Indiana providing specialized imaging services in all areas of radiology. For more than 50 years, the Northwest Radiology Network team has been providing quality care to patients.
Northwest Radiology serves 4 area hospitals and 6 imaging facilities which are 100% owned by NWR physicians. Our commitment to clinical excellence and quality drives our partnerships with our referring physicians, hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Northwest Radiology has the only physician owned breast center in Indianapolis providing full service imaging services including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI imaging as well as biopsy using all modalities.
Our mission is to provide high quality patient care in a cost effective, efficient environment. The physicians and staff of Northwest Radiology Network are committed to compassionate patient care, accurate results and timely interpretations.
Company History
In May 1967, Dr. Joseph L. Morton and Dr. John W. Courtney founded Northwest Radiologists, PC, and opened the first Northwest X-ray lab with a staff of three full-time technologists and a part-time typist. This lab offered referring physicians and their patients a convenient location with easily-accessible service in a caring atmosphere.
Today, Northwest Radiology Network proudly celebrates more than five decades of trusted imaging. The team has grown and technology has changed, but the mission remains the same — to offer the highest-quality imaging services and compassionate care at affordable prices. The faces, addresses and names may change, but the spirit, the heritage and the founding philosophy of NWR will never disappear.
