Southern Oregon Associated Radiologists (SOAR) is a budding company whose mission is to partner with radiologists and hospitals to fill the need in rural Oregon for high quality, onsite women's imaging and image guided procedural services.
Company History
Seeing a deep need for onsite breast imaging and image based procedural support in rural Oregon, the company's founder, Dr. Brandon Stroh, left a lucrative job in a top 25 metro area to capitalize on his business experience and professional connections in an underdeveloped area. This has lead to significant initial success and opened the path for many more non-imaging related medical and non-medical ventures .
As a result, anyone with experience and talent this is willing to take the "Oregon Trail" and join Dr. Stroh . We will have significant opportunities to partner with us, both in SOAR as well as the other ventures.
Benefits
Work as little as 100 shifts a year and still get:
1. After 12 months, 25% of your gross income placed into your retirement account (up to 60K a year, all paid by the company).
2. From day 1, up to 3K a month towards health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents. You get to choose your plan that works best for you in the state of your choice. We believe people should be able to work remotely reading mammography and vascular studies as much as they'd like.
3. From day 1, up to 11K a year in CME and professional fee reimbursement, depending on how many shifts you work.
4. Earn company ownership units after 12 months.
