Southtowns Radiology is a successful, private practice with two Imaging Centers that we own and operate, and we are primary Radiology group serving the four Catholic Health hospitals in the Buffalo area.
We are the independent medical imaging provider of choice trusted to improve healthcare outcomes by accurately diagnosing health conditions and enhancing comprehensive care efficiently, economically, and conveniently for those who live and work in communities in and surrounding Buffalo, New York.

Our practice has sub-specially focuses around abdominopelvic MRI, cardiovascular CT, cardiac CT, gastrointestinal imaging, gynecologic imaging, interventional radiology, screening and diagnostic mammography, musculoskeletal MRI, neuroradiology, pelvic floor dysfunction, vascular imaging, women’s imaging and more.

Southtowns Radiology Associates was formed in 1959 in Buffalo, NY. For over 60 years, providers and patients throughout Western New York have trusted us with their medical imaging needs.
