Texas Radiology Associates is an independent, physician-owned and managed practice with greater than 160 radiologists providing services to over 70 hospitals and clinics throughout Texas. Founded in 1972, TRA has experienced exponential growth and is sought after for the level of service we provide to patients, referring physicians, and hospitals. Our philosophy is to recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional radiologists in order to provide the highest-quality imaging services available.
Company History
Texas Radiology Associates (TRA) has been providing radiology services to the North Texas community since 1972, starting with just 3 radiologists at Richardson Regional Medical Center. Due to the high quality and service we provide to patients and client partners, TRA has grown along with the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, one of the fastest growing metropolitan centers in the nation. TRA now employs over 160 subspecialized radiology professionals serving 39 hospitals and 36 imaging centers throughout the state of Texas.
