Washington Radiology Associates, P.C. is a medical group practice specializing in the diagnosis of medical conditions, disease, and injury through mammography, general and obstetrical ultrasound, general and gastrointestinal radiography, nuclear medicine, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. The group’s origin dates to 1948 at Columbia Hospital for Women in Washington, D.C. As the company expanded over many decades, offices were opened throughout the Washington metropolitan area, including D.C., suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia. WRA's physicians are specialists in breast imaging, diagnostic ultrasound and cross sectional imaging (MRI and CT). WRA’s radiologists are certified by the American Board of Radiology. As leaders in their fields, WRA physicians are committed to providing the highest quality patient care. WRA believes that the patient is the most important person in the practice and all of the physicians and staff strive to consistently demonstrate this philosophy in each interaction.
