This position is designed for radiologists seeking true block scheduling and lifestyle freedom. Enjoy 28 weeks completely off per year while remaining backed by the clinical infrastructure, collaborative culture, and stability of an established, physician-led private practice group.
Position & Schedule
Location: 100% Remote. Practice from anywhere in the United States via your home workstation.
The Schedule: 24 weeks on / 28 weeks off per year. Dedicated block scheduling optimized for genuine recovery and personal flexibility.
The Shifts: Dedicated 9-hour deep night coverage. Scheduling options include:
9:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM CST
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM CST
Total Compensation & Guaranteed Growth Path
Starting Base Salary: $575,000 (W2 status).
Guaranteed Career Progression: Built-in annual raises of $25,000 per year, scaling to a maximum base salary of $650,000.
Retirement: $47,500 pre-tax contribution, fully funded by the practice.
Production Bonus: $50 per HRA Work Unit over 15,500 units annually.
Note on HRA Work Units: We utilize a proprietary modification of standard wRVUs designed to provide a more accurate, fair, and transparent representation of overnight clinical volume.

Clinical Scope & Advanced Workflow
100% Body Imaging: This position is strictly focused on body imaging. There are absolutely no nuclear medicine, mammography, or neuroradiology requirements.
Elite Network: Read high-quality, diverse acute cases primarily for the renowned Houston Methodist system.
Resident Integration: Benefit from occasional preliminary reads sent to you directly by residents, helping streamline the diagnostic process during peak hours.
AI-Enhanced Efficiency: We have AI tools to boost reading efficiency, reduce fatigue, and maximize your production bonus potential.

Requirements
Texas Medical License
ABR Board Certification or Board Eligible
Fellowship Training in Body Imaging, Abdominal Imaging, MSK, or Emergency Radiology.
