Northern Light Radiology Associates, a private, non PE backed radiology practice is actively recruiting Fellowship Trained, Board Certified/ Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to cover our Greenville SC hospital locations. We offer both Employment and Independent Contractor opportunities. If this is not a good fit for you, we would greatly appreciate an introduction - for each referral that results in hiring we offer up to $30,000.00 referral fee. Here are high level terms, these can be adjusted to fit individual physicians’ needs:
Employment:
- $650,000.00 annual salary and benefits (401K with a match, healthcare, etc).
- Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM work-shifts.
- 40 Weeks On-Site
- 8 weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday), weekends are 100% Remote
- 12-weeks of PTO per year.
- Additional Productivity based compensation.
- CME Allowance.
- SUBSTANTIAL Sign-on bonus.
- No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit.
- No non-competes.
- Administrative support through our MSO.
