Charlotte Radiology is seeking fellowship-trained or experienced general radiologists to join our growing team as we expand services throughout the Western Charlotte Metro region, including Shelby and Kings Mountain. Candidates will have the opportunity to practice a broad scope of radiology while collaborating with a highly subspecialized team of radiologists and dedicated support staff. This role offers the autonomy of community-based practice with the resources and stability of one of the largest private radiology groups in the Southeast. Physicians will build meaningful relationships with local clinicians while enjoying the flexibility and physician-led culture of private practice.
Position Highlights:
- Coverage of hospitals and outpatient imaging centers throughout Shelby, Kings Mountain, and the surrounding Western Charlotte Metro region.
- Partnership-track opportunity with a two- or three-year pathway based on experience.
- Opportunity for fellowship-trained or experienced general radiologists interested in a broad community-based practice with exposure to body imaging, emergency radiology, cardiothoracic and abdominopelvic imaging, and/or mammography.
- Partner compensation exceeds the 90th percentile for private practice radiology.
- Highly competitive sign-on bonus.

- Onsite APP support to assist with procedures and patient care coordination.
- Preferred procedural skills include CT- and ultrasound-guided percutaneous procedures.

Position Requirements:
- ABR certified or ABR eligible.
- Fellowship training in Body Imaging, Cardiothoracic Imaging, or related subspecialty preferred; experienced general radiologists will also be considered.
- Mammography experience preferred.
- Ability to perform CT- and ultrasound-guided procedures preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and interest in contributing to the continued growth of a local practice.
