About the Opportunity
Join a well-established, physician-owned private practice group of 11 radiologists seeking a full-time or part-time Breast Imager to staff a state-of-the-art breast center in a growing coastal community. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, independent group with a short partnership track, top-tier compensation, and exceptional work-life balance, including 12 weeks of vacation. The practice serves a 210-bed hospital and several nearby satellite facilities. The group maintains a long-term stable exclusive contract with the health system who provides strong support including a new financial subsidy.
Position Highlights
- Employed or Partnership-Track options available
- Part-Time or Per-Diem positions would be considered
- On-site position only, remote mammography will not be considered
- Year 1 associate salary of $550,000-$650,000 commensurate with expereince
- Top-Tier Income among private practice radiology groups with partners earning greater than $850,000
- Signing bonus of $25,000 for onsite full-time positions
- 12 Weeks of Vacation for full-time, equal to partner
- No Call or Weekends Shifts
- Teleradiology Coverage starts at 5pm weekdays and covers all weekend
- Exclusive health system contract with group subsidy
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of breast surgeons and oncologists
- Breast tomosynthesis with Hologic workstations utilized
- Breast Procedures available but not required
