Inland Imaging is a 120+ physician-owned independent practice in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. This is a partnership track position joining one of the largest breast imaging teams in the Pacific Northwest, with openings in Spokane and the Tri-Cities.
You will work alongside a local team of breast imagers across multiple outpatient locations, with a comprehensive breast imaging scope including full-field digital mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, automated breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided procedures. Our 36 breast imaging subspecialists collaborate closely through tumor board participation and peer consultation across the network.
Position Highlights:
- Associate: $503,415 – $566,342+
- Shareholder: $629,269+
- Additional earning potential through extra shifts and increased productivity

- $75,000 signing bonus (Tri-Cities location)
- 15 weeks average time off
- After-hours coverage averages 8 weekends and 24 evening shifts annually
