Inland Imaging is a 100% radiologist-owned private practice delivering high-quality, compassionate care across a broad network of hospitals, clinics, and outpatient centers throughout the Inland Northwest. Our group includes more than 125 subspecialized radiologists, 9 advanced practice providers, and a highly capable administrative support team. We operate one of the first outpatient interventional labs in the western United States and manage 7 outpatient imaging centers. We are currently seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to join our practice in Spokane, Washington. You will work alongside a local team of ten highly skilled Breast Imagers, providing comprehensive breast imaging services across four outpatient locations in Spokane. In addition, you will be part of a larger network of 36 Breast Imaging subspecialists within Inland Imaging, creating a rich environment for peer collaboration, shared expertise, and quality-focused care delivery. Position Highlights:
Comprehensive Breast Practice including full-field digital mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, automated breast US, breast MRI, and image-guided procedures (including stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided biopsies)
Team-Based Approach through close collaboration with breast surgeons, oncologists, and primary care providers
Strong Infrastructure supported by experienced technologists, breast navigators, and a robust IT platform
Shared responsibility for after-hours and rural rotations to ensure high-quality care across the region
Partnership-track (2 years)

Full-time average time off = 15 weeks (with options to flex up/down)
First year full-time Shareholder Track projected professional W2 compensation is $499,454
Shareholder compensation is projected at $624,318

401k match (50% of first 6% contributed up to IRS maximums)
Annual profit sharing contributions (currently 5% of W2 income) after 1 year of employment and over 1000 hours worked for the year, with three year vesting period
