Fairfax Radiological Consultants (FRC) is a premier, subspecialized radiology group serving the Northern Virginia area and the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. As a highly regarded private practice, FRC is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care with cutting-edge medical imaging services across 20+ outpatient locations and in collaboration with Inova's major hospital system.
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiac Imaging Radiologist with a strong interest to join our team of subspecialized Radiologists. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting a wide range of cross-sectional imaging studies including cardiac MRI and CT, as well as other thoracic or body CT, MRI, ultrasound and plain film studies. The position offers a balanced mix of advanced cardiac imaging and general body radiology, within a collaborative, subspecialized, and technology-forward environment. Typical interpretations will include cardiac CT and MRI studies, including coronary CTA, calcium scoring, and vascular imaging.
Our Radiologists practice at the top of the field in close collaboration with physicians in all aspects of Medicine and Surgery. FRC physicians practice both on-site and in well established remote rotations. FRC has separate, robust overnight coverage. Candidates should be fellowship trained and be qualified for medical licensure in the state of Virginia. This can be a partnership track or employee track position depending on the desire of the candidate.

- Reasonable Call
- Hybrid opportunities with work on site and remote
- 2-year partnership track with opportunity to buy-in to two joint ventures
- 9 weeks’ vacation to start; 11 weeks’ vacation for partners
- Opportunities for overtime/internal moonlighting

- Highly competitive compensation package featuring a base salary of $450,000–$500,000, plus productivity-based incentives. Additional internal moonlighting opportunities can increase total annual earnings to $700,000+.
- Shareholder/Buy In distributions bring total annual earnings to $900,000+.
