Description
Colorado Imaging Associates, PC is a physician led, radiologist owned practice (no private equity) that has provided exceptional diagnostic and interventional radiology services across Colorado for over 50 years. CIA is comprised of 37 Radiologists and 9 Physician Assistants. With CIA, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team trusted by hospitals, health systems, and imaging centers throughout Colorado and Kansas. CIA covers all CommonSpirit Health locations in the Denver and West Kansas geography, as well as other hospitals and imaging sites spread out across the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Living in Mile High City provides you with over 300 days of sunshine per year, with a host of outdoor activities with which to fill those days. Denver is a dynamic urban environment which is ever evolving and growing. Great restaurants, entertainment venues, and microbreweries abound. Every professional sport is represented. We are currently looking for candidates with the following subspecialty training, or candidates who are currently in training and looking to secure a position upon completion of Fellowship training:
- Body Radiology
We can accommodate various types of roles that may be of interest, including the following:
- Partnership track (1 year to partner with experience, or 2 years to partner following Fellowship training).
- Role can be remote or on-site, depending on candidate’s preference.
- Employee (Mon-Fri primarily, but this role can be customized as needed, as well as part-time as desired).
- Role can be remote or on-site, depending on candidate’s preference.
Compensation & Benefits Offered (Options that vary for Partners denoted by **):
Compensation:
- Partners can achieve total compensation in excess of $1m per year.
- Partner-Track Rads can achieve $650,000 in total compensation per year in the first year or first two years (track length based on whether experienced or exiting Fellowship).
- Employed Rads can achieve up to $600,000 in total compensation per year through salary plus various RVU-based moonlighting opportunities.
- 1099 Radiologists are paid via RVU-based method at current market rates.
- Signing Bonus of $100,000 paid to Partner-Track radiologists and $50,000 paid to Employee radiologists.
- $15,000 relocation reimbursement for Partner-Track rads and Employee radiologist moving to the Denver metro area.
- Health Insurance paid by CIA (Employee will cover small portion of total benefit via pre-tax payroll deduction)**
- Health Savings Account with CIA funded dollars towards Health Savings Account**
- Voluntary Dental and Vision benefit plans are offered.
- Enrollment into company paid Life and AD&D Insurance and Long-term Disability Insurance
- 401k Retirement Plan with CIA Safe Harbor Contributions with immediate eligibility**
- CIA Profit Sharing Plan participation upon meeting eligibility requirements**
- $5,000 Continuing Education (CE) yearly stipend and coverage for MOC is provided.
- Professional Liability Insurance coverage with tail coverage provided after meeting a minimum service requirement (Partner-Track, Employed Rad or 1099 Rad).
- Lucrative RVU-based internal moonlighting opportunities for Partner-Track rads during their fellowship year to earn extra income.

- Reading room assistants help support communications 24/7/365 for all inpatient and outpatient services.
- Internal IT team - Our IT service supports our own outpatient PACs as well as the infrastructure of our teleradiology clients. They also service the radiologist’s home workstations, when needed.
- In-house credentialing and physician scheduling services for our radiologists.
- We utilize remote contrast coverage to maximize from home shift capabilities.
- For those partners wishing to work less, we offer optional part-time tracks to partners after tenure.
There are multiple opportunities provided to interact and connect with CIA members several times each year through planned social events. CIA is a social group with strong ties to supporting all members through strong relationships.
