Description
The MSK section of Mecklenburg Radiology Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking to add a fellowship-trained diagnostic MSK radiologist. This is a partnership-track position for a team-oriented board-certified or eligible fellowship-trained MSK radiologist skilled in adult and pediatric MSK and Spine diagnostic radiology with experience in MSK procedures including joint aspirations, arthrography, injections, and bone biopsies. The applicant should have sufficient general radiology skills to participate in evening call.

- All overnight coverage provided by internal nighthawks. Back-up call for all subspecialties.
- Advanced Practice Providers aid with management of clinical services and routine procedures.
- Member of Strategic Radiology, a coalition of independent, private radiology practices, representing more than 2.200 radiologists.
- Primarily Visage PACS and Powerscribe One.
Musculoskeletal Section
- 6 Fellowship trained MSK radiologists.
- Staffs the Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Charlotte (Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital).
- Team Radiologists for Charlotte Hornets (NBA), and Charlotte Checkers (NHL Florida Panthers Affiliate)
- Highly subspecialized (approximately 70% MSK and 30% general radiology; no mammography).
- Work with a rapidly growing group of highly engaged subspecialty-trained orthopedic surgeons treating a wide variety of pathology.
Partnership Track
- 3-year partnership track.
- 8 weeks of vacation per year during the track period.
- $475K starting salary and additional $75K sign-on bonus ($125K with 2+ years of experience).
