Join a well-established, physician-owned private practice group of 11 radiologists seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of a collaborative and efficient team. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, independent equitable group with a short partnership track, top-tier compensation, and exceptional work-life balance, including 12 weeks of vacation and flexible hybrid scheduling. The practice serves a 210-bed hospital and several nearby satellite facilities. The group maintains a long-term stable exclusive contract with the health system who provides strong support including a new financial subsidy.
Position Highlights
- Ideal Candidate would be on-site and full-time
- Full-time remote & Part-time on-site positions would be considered
- Year 1 associate salary of $550,000-$650,000 commensurate with experience and specialty
- Top-Tier Income among private practice radiology groups with partners earning greater than $850,000
- 1 Year Partnership Track with no buy-in
- Signing bonus of $25,000 for onsite full-time positions
- 12 Weeks of Vacation, equal to partner
- Hybrid / Flexible Work Schedule
- Combination of on-site and remote shifts
- Flexible scheduling structure designed to support work-life balance
- No Call or Weekends Shifts
- Teleradiology Coverage starts at 5pm weekdays and covers all weekend
Ideal Candidate
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training welcomed but not required
