Premier Radiology is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist or Neuroradiologist to join our physician-owned private practice and provide evening coverage for emergency department and inpatient imaging for our hospital system in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This is a fully remote position built around a predictable evening schedule, manageable volume, strong compensation, and meaningful control over the number of weeks worked each year. We are open to candidates seeking either a reduced schedule or a larger commitment, with compensation negotiated according to the schedule and workload selected.
Position Highlights
100% remote position
Weekday evening coverage, generally 4:00 p.m. to midnight Eastern Time
Interpret emergency department and emergent inpatient imaging
Broad acute-care practice including emergent body imaging and neuroimaging
Manageable volume rather than an overwhelming high-volume teleradiology model
Flexible annual schedule based on the physician’s preferred workload
Compensation negotiable according to the number of weeks and shifts worked
Full-time earning potential of approximately $750,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits
Full parity from Day One
Physician-owned private practice with a collegial, subspecialty-oriented group
Additional work may be available for physicians seeking greater compensation
Flexible Scheduling and Compensation
We recognize that different radiologists want different levels of commitment. The position can be structured around the number of weeks the physician prefers to work, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
A reduced schedule may be designed for a physician who prioritizes greater time away from work. A larger commitment may include an alternating one-week-on, one-week-off structure, with the physician covering Monday through Friday evening shifts during the on week.
For a full compensation package approaching approximately $750,000 annually, the schedule would also include approximately six weekend assignments per year. Weekend coverage consists of 12-hour shifts. Most regularly scheduled work remains on weekday evenings, and the majority of five-day workweeks do not include a weekend shift.
The final schedule and compensation package are negotiable and will be tailored to the physician’s desired workload and availability.
