Description
Radiology Specialists – St. Joseph, Missouri
Radiology Specialists of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking a remote evening radiologist to join our collaborative and supportive team serving northwest Missouri and eastern Kansas.
Position Details
- Schedule options:
- 7 on / 7 off
- 7 on / 14 off (compensation adjusted accordingly)
- Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (evenings)
- Work setting: Fully remote
- Estimated Productivity: ~75 RVU per 8 hour shift
- Case mix:
- General ER and inpatient imaging
- Optional outpatient cases based on your comfort level
- Modalities include CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and MRI (based on experience)
Support & Work Environment
- Overlapping weekday evening coverage extending until 8:00 PM
- Dedicated on-call radiologist available at all times for support
- Strong collaboration with hospital staff and administration
- Coverage includes a Level II trauma and stroke center, plus several rural critical access hospitals
Compensation & Benefits
7 on / 7 off:
- $700,000 base salary
7 on / 14 off:
- $470,000 base salary
Pay assumes W-2 position with full benefits (1099 option available with adjusted compensation)
Benefits include:
- Health, dental, and long-term disability coverage
- Pension/profit sharing after 2 years (max allowable contribution; $46,000 contributed last year)
