Position Overview
CARTI Cancer Center is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible (fellowship-trained preferred) Diagnostic Radiologist to join our dynamic team of oncology specialists. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to practice radiology in a supportive, collaborative environment dedicated to cancer care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including CT, MRI, PET/CT, and ultrasound with focus on oncologic applications
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, surgeons, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide consultative services to referring physicians regarding imaging findings and procedural options
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of imaging studies to support patient care
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
- Active or eligible for Arkansas medical license
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical skills in cross-sectional imaging interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Base compensation: $500,000 – $600,000
Potential compensation: $1,000,000,000 +
