Description
Imagen Technologies is a forward-thinking, physician-led, AI-enabled radiology practice seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiologist to join our fully remote team. This role offers the opportunity to interpret a wide range of imaging studies from the comfort of home while leveraging advanced AI tools and robust operational support.
With AI integrated directly into PACS, dedicated IT infrastructure, and 24/7 administrative coverage, you can focus on delivering accurate, timely interpretations in an efficient and streamlined environment. This position is ideal for radiologists seeking strong earning potential, consistent weekday scheduling, and true work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies in a fully remote setting
- Deliver accurate and timely reads across acute care and outpatient workflows
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support quality patient care
- Utilize AI-enhanced PACS tools to improve efficiency and diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain high standards for turnaround time and clinical excellence
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Consistent weekday coverage with no weekend requirement
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST

- Fully remote-work from anywhere within the continental United States

- Customized worklists based on subspecialty training and individual strengths
Compensation & Benefits
- Total earning potential ranging from $450,000 – $950,000 annually, plus productivity incentives
- Sign-on and retention bonuses up to $50,000

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
- Minimum of 2 years post-training experience preferred
- Fellowship training preferred but not required
- Experience interpreting multiple modalities including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray
