Radiology Partners is seeking an entrepreneurial and collaborative radiologist to serve as Practice President for our growing Spokane practice.
This is a rare opportunity to help build and lead a practice from the ground up while maintaining a balanced clinical schedule and enjoying the support, resources, and infrastructure of the nation's leading physician-led radiology practice.

The Opportunity
This position combines clinical radiology practice with meaningful physician leadership responsibilities.
As Practice President, you'll serve as the clinical and strategic leader for the local practice while partnering closely with hospital administration, physician colleagues, and Radiology Partners leadership.
Leadership Responsibilities Include:
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings with hospital and health system leadership
• Driving strategic service line growth and development initiatives
• Leading quality and peer review programs
• Supporting physician engagement and practice culture
• Collaborating with local operations leadership to optimize practice performance
• Building strong relationships with referring clinicians and hospital stakeholders

COMPENSATION:
The base salary range for this position is $575,000-$625,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
