Description
Hybrid Onsite/Work From Home. 26 weeks onsite/12 weeks work from home. 10 weekends work from home on weekends.
- Base compensation at $1.1 M guaranteed plus incentive based WRVU bonus (incentive compensation of $50 per CMS WRVU). Earning Potential at $1.5M+.
- Seeking a diagnostic Radiologist with MQSA certification capable of light IR procedures and general diagnostic skills. The position is located in SE Idaho in a rapidly growing medium size city near Idaho Falls primarily covering a busy CAH with occasional travel to adjacent facilities. The work schedule is M-F 8a-5P MST. 26 Weeks of Onsite coverage plus 12 weeks of remote at home reading coverage. In addition, 10 weekends of remote reading coverage from 7a-5p MST however number of remote reading weeks and number of remote reading weekends is negotiable (more or less weekends will be considered with appropriate base comp. adjustments). No evening or Overnight Call.
- SRC is a physician owned and operated radiology practice currently serving 8 sites throughout SE Idaho that is expanding rapidly. Practice utilizes state of the art cloud based PACS and VR system for maximal efficiency with built in AI tools.
- Experienced Radiologists as well as newly graduating fellows will be considered for this position. Ability to work independently, collegial attitude and a broad skill set are strongly valued for this position. Medical leadership opportunities are available.
- Position is available immediately, ideal candidates would be able to start with the practice within 3-12 months.
