Inland Imaging is a 100% radiologist-owned private practice, proudly delivering high-quality, compassionate care across a broad network of hospitals, clinics, and outpatient centers throughout the Inland Northwest. Our group consists of over 125+ subspecialized radiologists, 9 advanced practice providers, and a highly capable administrative support team. We own and operate one of the first outpatient interventional labs in the western U.S., along with 7 outpatient imaging centers. We are currently seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our team in Missoula, Montana, serving primarily Providence St. Patrick Hospital and Community Medical Center.
Position Highlights:
- Comprehensive IR practice including oncologic interventions, peripheral vascular procedures, and stroke interventions
- Comfortable with IR clinic consultations and longitudinal patient management
- Competent in interpreting vascular ultrasound, peripheral CTA/MRA, and basic diagnostic imaging
- Equitable participation in IR call pool shared with 4 other IR radiologists
- Partnership-track (2 years)

- Full-time average time off = 20 weeks (with options to flex up/down)
- First year full-time Shareholder Track projected professional W2 compensation is $499,454
- Shareholder compensation is projected at $624,318 .

- Annual profit sharing contributions (currently 5% of W2 income) after 1 year of employment and over 1000 hours worked for the year, with three year vesting period
