Description
Premier Radiology, in partnership with Beacon Health Kalamazoo, is seeking an exceptional Neuroradiologist to join a high-performing, physician-led practice that is redefining what a modern radiology career can look like.
This is not a volume-factory role. This is a long-term career opportunity built around autonomy, subspecialty excellence, collegiality, and sustainability.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
True Flexibility. Choose what works best for you: fully onsite, hybrid, or fully remote. Our infrastructure is built to support high-level neuroradiology from anywhere, without compromising quality, collaboration, or clinical impact.
Work Alongside Fellowship-Trained Neuroradiologists
You will join a strong neuro team that includes four other fellowship-trained neuroradiologists, creating an environment rich in subspecialty collaboration, peer consultation, and shared clinical expertise. This is an opportunity to practice at a high level while being supported by colleagues who understand complex neuroimaging and value thoughtful, high-quality interpretation.
Outstanding Lifestyle Balance
Work 40 weeks per year with a full 12 weeks of vacation. Weekend call is equitable and predictable at Q6-7, designed to protect your personal time and prevent burnout.
Elite Compensation
Compensation consistently ranks in the top national percentiles, with immediate parity for an experienced candidate. Optional moonlighting opportunities provide additional upside without pressure or obligation.
Advanced Technology, Done Right
Read on state-of-the-art CT and MRI scanners with a modern, efficient PACS with PowerScribe One, and thoughtfully integrated AI tools that reduce friction and enhance accuracy, technology that makes your day better.
Exceptional Clinical Environment
You’ll join a collaborative team of subspecialty-trained radiologists who value consultation, mutual respect, and clinical excellence. The practice maintains strong partnerships with referring clinicians and prioritizes high-quality interpretations over speed alone.
Engaging, High-Quality Case Mix
Robust neuroradiology volume, including advanced CT and MRI neuroimaging, complemented by general radiology keeps the work stimulating and professionally rewarding, without overwhelming throughput expectations.
About Kalamazoo
Kalamazoo offers the best of both worlds: a vibrant, livable community with excellent schools, arts, dining, and outdoor recreation, plus easy access to Lake Michigan and major Midwest cities. For remote candidates, full teleradiology support ensures seamless integration into the practice.
