Night & Overnight Teleradiologist – W2, Partnership Track, or 1099

Synergy Radiology is a radiologist-owned and operated practice expanding its night and overnight teleradiology team. Founded in 2012, we provide high-quality final reads across multiple states using advanced technology and a physician-first model focused on efficiency, collaboration, and long-term career growth.
Join a collegial group of teleradiologists in a fully remote environment offering, strong compensation, and multiple work arrangements, including full-time W2 roles with a clear two-year pathway to partnership, as well as part-time and 1099 opportunities, all within a supportive, physician-led practice.
Position Highlights
- Schedules:
- 5:00 PM–1:00 AM EST and/or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM EST
- 7-on / 7-off or 7-on / 14-off options
- Workflow: Unified worklist, template-driven reporting, study-specific prompts
- Support: Real-time access to subspecialty radiologists; 24/7 IT and admin support
- Case Mix: ~60% Neuro | 25% Body | 15% MSK
Compensation & Partnership
- 7 On / 7 Off
- 7 On / 14 Off
- 5 PM–1 AM: ~$280,000 annually
- 11 PM–7 AM: ~$330,000[AB2] annually
- Uncapped bonuses paid each payroll (productivity + quality)
- Two-year partnership track with leadership opportunities

1099 / Part-Time Options
- Flexible per-shift or block-based scheduling
