The Division of Emergency & Trauma Radiology at the University of Miami Health System and Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine is seeking fellowship-trained radiologists for full-time faculty positions (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) on the clinical educator track.

The Division of Emergency & Trauma Radiology provides 24/7 imaging services across the UHealth system, supporting a Level 1 trauma center and multiple academic hospitals and clinics. Faculty interpret a wide spectrum of emergency imaging—including neuro, abdominal, chest, musculoskeletal, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films—ensuring rapid, accurate diagnoses that are critical to patient care in urgent and emergent settings. Faculty also play a central role in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows, with opportunities for leadership in academic innovation and scholarly activity.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide emergency and trauma radiology coverage during evening, overnight, and weekend hours
- Interpret neuro, abdominal, chest, musculoskeletal, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films in acute settings
- Deliver high-quality, timely imaging consultation to multidisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and support technologists to ensure quality standards in emergent imaging
- Participate in the education and mentorship of residents, fellows, and medical students
- Engage in research and scholarly activity in emergency and trauma imaging
- Contribute to departmental quality assurance, call coverage, and administrative responsibilities
- Serve on departmental and institutional committees as requested by the Chair

Qualifications - MD or DO, with completion of a Diagnostic Radiology Residency
- Fellowship training in Emergency Radiology, Abdominal/Body Imaging, MSK, or Neuroradiology
- Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
- Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
- Academic experience preferred; recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply
