A well-established, physician-led private practice radiology group serving a respected
community hospital system in Northwest Indiana is seeking an Overnight Diagnostic
Radiologist to join our growing team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a stable and collegial practice offering highly
competitive compensation, a sustainable overnight schedule, and full remote capability
with provided workstation support.
Position Highlights
- Fully remote position
- Home workstation provided
- 7 on / 14 off schedule
- Overnight coverage hours:
o Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM CST
o Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM CST
- Single overnight coverage model
- W2 employed position with comprehensive benefits
- Base salary: $650,000
- Significant internal moonlighting opportunities with potential for +$100,000
additional annual compensation
- Competitive signing bonus available
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance provided
- CME allowance: $3,500 annually
- Estimated annual productivity: approximately 10,000–11,000 RVUs
Practice Environment
- Physician-led private practice
- Group consists of 22 radiologists and 4 APPs
- Broad overnight emergency department and inpatient case mix
- Fellowship training preferred but not required
- Indiana-only practice footprint
- Strong collegial culture with long-standing hospital relationships
- Dedicated practice management support available to assist with onboarding and
credentialing

- Philips IntelliSpace (iSite) PACS
- PowerScribe 360 dictation
- Epic EMR
Qualifications
- ABR-certified or ABR-eligible Diagnostic Radiologist
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
- Comfortable interpreting overnight emergency and acute care imaging studies
