Full Time Partnership-Track MSK or Mammo Imager

 
Independent private practice, 7-person radiology group in the bucolic Berkshires Hills of Western Massachusetts seeks a MSK imager or mammographer.  Proficiency in both is a plus but NOT required. Board certification (or eligibility) is required. 
 
Advanced Berkshire Medical Imaging (ABMI) is the exclusive provider of imaging services for Berkshire Health Systems, comprised of three hospitals. Berkshire Medical Center, in Pittsfield, is a 293-bed facility with state-of-the-art technology and equipment.  Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington and North Adams Regional Hospital in North Adams, each with 25 beds are two critical access hospitals.  Within the group we have fellowship training in breast imaging, body imaging, MSK, neuroradiology, and interventional radiology. 
Partnership Track:
First Year salary 500K/year with 10 weeks of vacation
One year to partnership
Most shifts can be performed remotely with flexible hours
Partnership track Radiologists required to be on-site less than once/week on average
Partnership salary in the 90th percentile of MGMA compensation:  Typically, 750-800K/year

Employee Track:
500K/year with 10 weeks of vacation
Vrad teleradiology coverage with final reads from 8pm weekdays and 6pm weekends.
Will consider candidates for fully remote permanently employed position for those who do not desire to relocate.  Will also entertain part-time candidates for either salaried or per-click payment agreements.
 
We are 2 hours from Boston and 3 hours to NYC. Plenty of hiking, biking, golf, tennis, pickleball and skiing for outdoor enthusiasts.  Cultural attractions include: Summer home of the Boston Symphony at Tanglewood, Barrington Stage, Williamstown Theater Festival, Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival and Shakespeare and Company. Williams College is 45 minutes north with Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield, Simons Rock College in Great Barrington and Massachusetts College for Liberal Arts in North Adams. Acclaimed public and private, first and secondary schools.
