Practice Overview
Valley Radiology Medical Associates, a sub-specialized private practice based in the beautiful San Francisco South Bay Area/Silicon Valley, is looking for a high quality, motivated partnership track radiologist. We are an outpatient medium volume practice open Monday through Friday during normal business hours with state of the art imaging centers located in Sunnyvale and San Jose. This is a dream job with no call, evenings, nights, or weekends and partners working 4 days/wk. We have a welcoming collegial atmosphere and a commitment to high quality radiology and patient care.
Interested candidates must be fellowship trained in MSK, Body, Breast, or Neuroradiology. First year pay is base pay $500k with extensive opportunities for internal or external moonlighting to earn up to $1M. As partner, you dial up or dial down your desired income and number of workdays. Our workflow provides access to a near unlimited number of extra cases to read at your discretion. Current partners range from $500k-950k depending on their own work/life preference. One year of completed associate service becomes full equal partner with no buy-in cost.
MSK candidates should be comfortable interpreting for professional sports teams.
CAQ certification or anticipated certification preferred for Neuroradiologist candidates.
Body Imaging candidates should be proficient with established and emerging advanced body imaging including prostate imaging. PET/CT expertise is a plus.
Breast Imaging candidates should be comfortable performing all aspects of breast imaging, including tomosynthesis and breast ultrasound, tomosynthesis/stereotactic/ultrasound-guided biopsy, and breast MRI and MRI-guided biopsy.
All candidates should be comfortable with basic general radiology including x-ray, ultrasound, basic CT, and basic fluoroscopy. Neuro/MSK/Body MR and mammography are read by individual subspecialty Rads.
Candidate should have an existing, compelling reason for living in the South Bay.
This is an ideal position for someone who seeks long-term work/life balance in their career while retaining their subspecialty and general skills.

Requirements
