Inland Imaging, an independent private practice with locations in Spokane, Seattle, Walla Walla and the Tri-Cities Washington, Missoula Montana and several small communities in Eastern Washington, Western Montana and Eastern Oregon is recruiting a Radiologist trained in Pediatrics to practice in Spokane, Washington.   Inland Imaging is a subspecialized practice providing coverage at multiple outpatient, clinic and hospital sites, including a Children’s Hospital.  Qualified candidates must have training in Pediatrics, as well as general skills in X-ray, CT, MRI and US.  Radiologists share evening and weekend after-hours duties, but overnight work is supported by an internal ER Radiology Service.  All studies are available on a single paperless worklist, are read electronically utilizing iSite and are dictated using Fluency.

This position is partnership track.  Compensation is based on actual shifts worked. 

· First year full-time Shareholder Track projected professional W2 compensation is $499,454

· Shareholder compensation is projected at $624,318

· Moving Allowance

· 15 weeks’ vacation

· 401k match (50% of first 6% contributed up to IRS maximums) with a three year vesting period.

· Annual profit sharing contributions (currently 5% of W2 income) after 1 year of employment and over 1000 hours worked for the year, with a three year vesting period
