Description
Cape Radiology Group (“CRG”) has a robust teleradiology section that supports the entire practice remotely. We are searching for additional Teleradiologists for the day shift from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST as well as a swing shift position 7 on 7 off from 11a.m. to 8 p.m. CST. Shift times can be flexible within a few hours. The teleradiologist will read a mixed list of modalities from a common list staffed by multiple radiologists on a practice-provided workstation. Average productivity expectations are at least 80 wRVUs per shift, working either at least 200 shifts per year with several weekends or 182 shifts for the swing shift position. Experienced radiologists start immediately on our excellent compensation model from day one with full benefits. Compensation can be exceptional depending on productivity, with range $550k to $850+. We are looking for radiologists of any subspecialty who are open to reading at least 50% general radiology including ER/inpatient/outpatient imaging.
Teleradiology Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation is derived from the group’s compensation model, which is derived from a combination of shift pay and production.
