Bay Imaging Consultants Medical Group, Inc., is a premier 115+ member radiologist-run private practice based in the San Francisco Bay area. We are the largest private practice in California, serving 12 hospitals and over 40 outpatient centers across several health systems in the North Bay, East Bay, and South Bay. Our focus on quality, integrity, and service defines our practice, which has seen substantial growth and requires the addition of skilled specialists.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented, fellowship-trained radiologist to join our growing practice. You can work from home, as well as from our offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and downtown Honolulu. All necessary equipment for home reading will be provided.

We welcome candidates at all career stages—recent graduates, mid-career professionals, and those with extensive experience. Board-certified and board-eligible radiologists are encouraged to apply.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Flexible Scheduling: Choose between 7 days on / 7 days off or 7 days on / 14 days off, with additional shifts available as desired.
• Daytime Schedule: Standard daytime shifts may range from 7:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:30 AM–7:00 PM, depending on assignment and service coverage needs.

         Annual Shift Target: 7:30 am – 5:00 PM- Estimated between 100 and 370 shifts per year.

         Annual Shift Target: 9:30 AM-7:00 PM- Estimated between 122 and 182 shifts per year.

• Subspecialty Opportunities: Supplement your ER responsibilities with dedicated daytime or flexible subspecialty work to maintain and enhance your subspecialty expertise.
• Diverse Workload: Enjoy a mix of engaging Emergency Radiology (ER) work, with opportunities to perform daytime subspecialty work based on your interests and practice needs.

LOCATION:

You can reside anywhere in Hawaii, California, Washington, Nevada, or Oregon.

When working from Hawaii:

We provide you with a home workstation for the island of Oahu. We also operate a Honolulu, Hawaii satellite office, located only steps from the ocean. The neighborhood, Kaka’ako, is conveniently located between downtown Honolulu and the districts of Ala Moana and Waikiki.

When working from the West Coast:

You have the option to work entirely from your home office. Shifts can also be performed at one of several Bay Area locations on a part-time or full-time basis.

Salary Range: $330K - $850K

•          7 days on / 7 days off starts at $520k+ per year.
•          7 days on / 14 days off starts at $330k+ per year.
