POSITION SUMMARY
High Desert Radiology is currently seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiologists to join our growing daytime remote coverage team. This is a unique position for a radiologist seeking the autonomy and case-mix of a general private practice, while enjoying the benefits of reading at home. HDR is an independent, physician-run group that is proudly not affiliated with private equity. We prioritize quality patient care, top-level compensation, and focus on work-life balance. Requirements
POSITION DUTIES AND BENEFITS
- General radiology studies including CT, US, MR, and x-ray
- 7a-4p AZ time, earlier start times available if desired
- No overnight call, studies read by our in-house night team
- Weekends shared equally, approximately 5 wknds/year
- 12 weeks vacation starting year one
- $550k year one base comp with $50k signing bonus
- $650k comp year two with no buy in or long wait periods
- Benefits package including health and malpractice insurance (including tail coverage) and retirement contribution
- Remote mammo is available if desired, but is not required
- Both 1099 and W2 positions available
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- BC/BE by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Current AZ licensure or ability to obtain AZ license
- Fellowship training is welcomed but not required
- Current fellows and residents are encouraged to apply
