Radiology Partners is seeking highly accomplished, adaptable radiologists to join RP SEAL (Stabilize, Engage, Align, Lead)-a distinguished team of top-performing physicians who help launch and support new Radiology Partners practices across the country.

SEAL physicians play a critical role in integrating new sites, promoting clinical excellence, strengthening physician engagement, and helping new practices successfully adopt the Radiology Partners culture and workflows. This is a unique opportunity for radiologists who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy making a meaningful impact.

This full-time remote role focuses on late evening and overnight coverage and requires flexibility, versatility, and a strong service-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do

• Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies
• Provide timely coverage for STAT, ER, and urgent care cases
• Support newly integrated Radiology Partners practices
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold a culture of collaboration
• Adapt seamlessly to evolving clinical environments and workflows

What We're Looking For

• Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist
• Broad diagnostic skillset with strong general radiology capabilities
• Comfortable handling emergency and urgent case volumes
• Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and physician partnership

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $300,000-$650,000
• Additional productivity incentives and annual bonus eligibility
• Commencement bonus
