Description
Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg (RAF), a thriving and independent private practice, is actively seeking a remote general diagnostic radiologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial group that values high-quality patient care, physician autonomy, and true work-life balance. Our practice utilizes a "fair" RVU system, where plain films and chest CTs are valued higher than CMS wRVU.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Full-time, employed daytime-only. No nights, weekends, evenings, or holidays required.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary of $450,000 for W2, with productivity incentives pushing total annual compensation to $500,000–$525,000+.
- PTO: 10 weeks
- Contract Options: 1099 independent contractor options are also available.
