At Radiology Associates of North Texas (RANT), our remote General Radiologists are expected to deliver volume, accuracy, and speed — and in return, they’re rewarded like nowhere else. If you can handle 80–110+ wRVUs per shift and thrive under pressure, this is your chance to earn $600k+ while living anywhere you want.

What You’ll Get:

• $50,000 signing bonus
• $450k starting salary + productivity = $600k+ potential
• 10 weeks vacation annually
• Daytime-only schedule — M–F (no nights/weekends unless you want the bonus pay)

What It Takes:

• Read a broad mix of CR/CT/US/MR at a high clip (80–110+ wRVUs/shift)
• Stay efficient, decisive, and accurate in a fast-paced workflow
• Optional evenings/weekends if you want to push your income higher
• Fellowship training in Body or MSK a plus, not required
