Remote Partnership Track Overnight/Nighthawk Radiologist

Mecklenburg Radiology Associates in Charlotte, NC is seeking to add an overnight emergency radiologist to accommodate growth in our practice. 

Emergency Radiology Position

• Overnight structure:
  • Fully remote.
  • Work alongside another emergency radiologist during your shift.
  • ~9.5 RVU/hr currently, with a goal of not exceeding 11 RVU/hr.
  • Ability to prelim advanced subspecialty studies. Back-up call for all subspecialties.
• Partnership structure: 
  • 3-year partnership track.
  • 100% equity and voting rights.
  • $400K starting salary and additional $75K sign-on bonus ($125K with 2+ years of experience).
  • 401K match and profit sharing.
  • 151 overnight shift equivalents: minimum of 121 overnight shifts (1 on / 2 off); the remaining 30 overnight shift equivalents can be a combination of night, evening and/or daytime shifts.
