Description

Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg (RAF) is an independent, physician-owned private practice seeking a board-certified radiologist to cover emergency department and inpatient imaging during swing shifts. Available shifts include 2 PM–10 PM ET or 5 PM–1 AM ET, with flexible scheduling options (e.g., 1 week on/1 week off or 1 week on/2 weeks off).

 An emergency radiology skill set is required, including proficiency in CT/CTA, ultrasound, X-ray, emergent OB, and basic emergency MRI.

 This is a remote position with both employed and independent contractor (1099) options available.

Compensation is highly competitive, with earning potential exceeding $700,000 annually for radiologists averaging 80 wRVUs per shift.

RAF is a growing, independent private practice with a mix of established and newly expanded hospital partnerships across multiple states. We operate on our own PACS designed to maximize efficiency and streamline workflow for our radiologists. Our dedicated administrative and IT teams provide strong support to ensure a seamless remote reading experience.
