About the Position
TRA is seeking radiologists in the Eastern Time Zone to help us leverage the world clock in support of deep night coverage for our West Coast practice. Standard scheduling is 1-week on/2-weeks off with shifts starting at 6 am EST (3 am PST). Shift end time is flexible with the minimum shift length being 4 hours and maximum 10 hours.
Emergency radiology – primarily reading ER and inpatient cases with a mix of cross sectional and plain film imaging. You’ll work closely with ER and hospital physicians to provide excellent patient care. Coverage includes two Level II trauma centers, a level III trauma center, and multiple smaller community hospitals. After the initial 4 hours of deep night coverage, there may be opportunities for more focused subspecialization.
A variety of employment models are available, all with competitive salary and benefits as well as opportunities for incentive-based compensation. Total compensation exceeds $44/wRVU plus benefits.
A PACS station and IT support will be provided to facilitate remote interpretations with the ability to work from home.
24x7 physician administrative support, including real-time assistance for connecting with referring providers.
Our in-house team will facilitate all licensing, credentialing and privileging requirements with all associated fees covered by TRA.
