OVERNIGHT RADIOLOGIST — TELERADIOLOGY
100% Remote | $530/hr Base + Productivity Bonus
POSITION SUMMARY
Renew Radiology is seeking a remote diagnostic radiologist for overnight teleradiology coverage supporting Southern Hills Hospital and our broader Nevada and California network. This is a clinician-owned, radiologist-led group — no private equity, no outside investors — just a commitment to physician autonomy, flexibility, and excellent patient care.
You will read 100% remotely from home. No onsite procedures. No in-person call. Just diagnostic reads across general body imaging, neuro, ER cases, and specialty studies via secure RIS/PACS.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Position: Overnight Radiologist (MD Only)
Schedule: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PST | 9-hour shifts
Shift Pattern: 7 days on / 14 days off (time off built into rotation)
Work Model: 100% remote teleradiology | 1099 independent contractor
COMPENSATION
Base Rate: $530/hour
Shift Guarantee: $4,770/shift (9 hours)
Productivity Bonus: $58/wRVU for every wRVU above 10 wRVU/hour average
Example: If you average 12 wRVU/hour, you earn bonus on 2 wRVU/hour × $58 = $116/hour additional
Total Earning Potential: $4,770 base + productivity bonus per shift
CASE TYPES & SCOPE
- General diagnostic imaging (chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities)
- Neuro studies (CT, MR, CTA, MRA)
- Overnight emergency reads
- Evening and daytime coverage across contracted Nevada and California facilities
- All reads performed remotely — zero travel required

IDEAL CANDIDATES
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active or eligible for California and/or Nevada medical licensure
- Comfortable with remote RIS/PACS workflow and high-volume reading
- Experience with general body imaging, neuro, ER studies, and MSK
- Subspecialty expertise (neuro, body, MSK, breast, PET/CT) is a bonus but not required
- Willing to learn new protocols — training provided
REQUIREMENTS
- Active medical license in California or Nevada (or ability to obtain one — we'll cover costs)
- DEA registration
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Proficiency with RIS/PACS systems
