Scripps Clinic Medical Group (SCMG) is a large, physician-led, multispecialty group serving Scripps Clinic and Scripps Hospitals in San Diego, CA. With over 900 physicians and 55 radiologists across four hospitals and multiple imaging centers, SCMG offers long-term stability, strong subspecialty depth, and protection from corporatization or hospital contract turnover. Long term hospital coverage contracts and decades of relationships offer long term stability, while maintaining shift and lifestyle flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is approximately $650,000

For applicants starting immediately post-fellowship:

Year 1: 80% of full base salary

Year 2: 90% of full base salary

Year 3: 100% of full base salary

Applicants with 2+ years of post-fellowship experience:

Year 1: 90% of group base salary

Year 2 onwards: 100% of group base salary
