- Teleradiologist - ER Focus | Medicine Over Metrics | Academically Oriented Private Practice | $1M+ Potential
Description
Teleradiologist —VisionRadiologyEmergency-Hybrid Focus
Visionaries:we see things differently.
We believe that behind every scan is a person who is sick or hurting, and they deserve our absolute best. In an era where teleradiology is increasingly driven by corporate metrics, private equity, and volume quotas, we choose a different path.
As a physician-run and operated practice, wedo notview patients, or the physicians who care for them,as a means toa financial end.Our ethos is simple: we treat every patient as if they were a member of our own family. We know that to do this, our radiologists need an environment thatfosters meticulousness, conscientiousness, and a focus on quality over quantity.
If you are looking for an antidote to the burnout currently plaguing our specialty and want to join a collaborative, high-caliber team culturally centered in academia, we want to hear from you.
How We Do Things Differently:
- Physician-Run, Not Corporate-Run:Clinical decisions and practice policies are made by the people whoactually readthe scans. No corporate boards, no stopwatch medicine.
- No RVU Requirements:We give you the time and space to be meticulous in your detail and confident in your reads.
- Academic-Level Case Mix & Collaboration:Enjoy intellectual stimulation of complex cases and lively collegial discussions without politics. You are never on an island here; we actively teach, consult, and collaborate throughout our shifts, elevating each other's practice and protecting our patients.
- InnovativetechnicalInfrastructure:We know that a frictionless reading experience matters. We support our team with professional-grade hardware—including top-tier diagnostic displays and high-performance workstations—and embrace the latest AI-assisted workflows to enhance your practice, not replace your judgment.
- PatientCare:Quality is our primary metric.By prioritizing focus and continuous peer collaboration, our error ratesremainthe lowest in the field.
- A Sustainable Schedule:We value your health and career longevity. We work with the Radiologist to understand their life and create a bespoke schedule. There is no ‘one rightway’; we can structure schedules to include Emergency Radiology, Outpatient Specialty-Specific Radiology, or a mixture of both.“Deep nights” and unrealistic workloads are not part of our vernacular. We aim for sustainable, long-term careers.
- True Schedule Flexibility:We treat our team like professionals, offering the flexibility needed to build a schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.Radiologists who thrive in their lives will bring that same energy and passion to their work.
- Learning and Professional Development: We are the nerdiest group of rads you will find.We create andparticipatein our own internal bi-weekly CME conference accredited bytheACCME.Informally, we teach and learn throughout each shift by cases, andwe havebeenrepeatedlytoldwe areone ofthe most collegial radiology groups around.
