High Plains Radiological Association (“HPRA”) is a regional radiology group based in Amarillo, TX. HPRA is a 100% physician-owned private practice providing service to multiple hospitals and imaging centers throughout Texas and New Mexico. HPRA’s primary contract, and provide onsite coverage, is Baptist St. Anthony’s Hospital in Amarillo. HPRA provides service to 25 other hospitals and imaging centers via teleradiology. HPRA is in a growth phase due to our excellent reputation and sophisticated teleradiology model and platform. HPRA is seeking onsite radiologists for partner positions in Amarillo. Specialties considered : neuroradiology, nuclear medicine and open to others.
About the Practice:
- HPRA is a traditional private practice with long and deep ties to the area
- HPRA provides service to approximately 25 sites throughout Texas and New Mexico
- HPRA reads over 500,000 exams annually
- HPRA has 24 radiologists and 6 physicians’ assistants
- The practice is professionally managed, democratic, and transparent
- The Partners consistently earn in the top 5% percent nationally
- HPRA Shareholders are determined to remain independent
- HPRA covers nights internally, which totals 3 weeks per year per radiologist, however the group is also filling dedicated nights to reduce frequency
- Average wRVU volume per day per radiologist is 60-80 depending on specialty and modality mix

Compensation and Benefits:
- Excellent starting salary and full benefits
- $575,000 Base Salary
- $75,000 Signing Bonus
- Optional Partner Parity Compensation after 6 months if productivity is consistent with partner benchmarks (Over $700,000+)
