Imagen Technologies is a forward-thinking, physician-led, AI-enabled radiology practice seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiologist to join our fully remote team. This role offers the opportunity to interpret a wide range of imaging studies from the comfort of home while leveraging advanced AI tools and a highly supportive infrastructure.
With AI embedded directly into PACS, dedicated IT and operations support, and 24/7 administrative coverage, you can focus on delivering accurate, timely interpretations in a streamlined and efficient environment. Responsibilities
- Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies in a fully remote setting
- Provide accurate and timely reads across acute care and outpatient workflows
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Utilize AI-enhanced PACS tools to improve efficiency and diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain strong turnaround times and clinical quality standards
Schedule & Shift Options
- 7 on / 14 off schedule offering extended time off
- Predictable rotation supporting strong work-life balance
- Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST

Compensation & Benefits
- Total earning potential ranging from $350,000 – $950,000 annually (base + productivity incentives)
- Sign-on and retention bonuses available for radiologists starting January 2026

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
- Fellowship training preferred but not required
- Experience interpreting multiple imaging modalities including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray
