Radiology Associates, P.A. (RAPA) is a physician owned and managed independent private practice group of 40 radiologists headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. The group is currently seeking a fellowship trained breast imaging radiologist to live and work primarily in Little Rock.
Job Details:
- 100% dedicated mammographer employed position with no call/no wk ends.
- Partnership track also available for candidates desiring to participate in call/weekend work. 1 year partner track
- Employed position compensation package $500K+ with 10 weeks vacation. Partnership track compensation $650K+ after partnership with 14 weeks vacation.
- Work with a high risk program with an affiliated breast surgeon for clinical follow-up.
- Breast MRI and automated whole breast ultrasound are performed at the breast center.
- Perform ultrasound-guided biopsies, stereo/tomo-guided biopsies, MRI guided biopsies, needle localizations and injections for sentinel lymph node biopsies.
- Participate in bi-monthly multispecialty breast cancer conferences.
- Multiple internal moonlighting options for extra compensation.

RAPA is the oldest and largest radiology group in Arkansas and is highly diversified, providing professional services to 25+ hospitals and clinics throughout Central Arkansas, Northwest Arkansas, and South Arkansas. Excellent in-house IT infrastructure and administrative support, along with group owned PACS allows for seamless and efficient workflow.
Little Rock is a growing southern city with a population over 750,000 in the metro area. There are safe and historic areas in the central portion of the city such as Hillcrest and the Heights, or newer neighborhoods in West Little Rock such as Chenal Valley. Requirements
Fellowship training in breast imaging preferred, however, candidates with commensurate prior breast imaging experience will also be considered.
